Whether it was one of her volleyball players, a student at the school she taught, her friends, or a community member, Celie LeBlanc Ulm wanted to get to know the person and push them to be their best.

“She just had this powerful ability to develop them, especially the kids, and teach them to respect themselves and demand respect. It was this God-given ability,” said her husband, Matt Ulm. “She had this way of figuring out what a person’s vulnerability was and figuring out how to bring it to light so that you can attack it in a positive manner.”
